What rules should be obeyed for correct operation of the Moisture Meter?
- Before the onset of testing the instrument should be placed on a horizontal, hard and stable surface.
- ensure that the measuring chamber is empty and then place an empty batcher over the chamber in order to tare the instrument with an empty batcher.
- do not touch the instrument while taring
- pouring a sample into the chamber is performed with a special batcher (the method of pouring might affect the measurement, therefore this operation should be performed in a similar manner every time)
