Growing customers’ expectations, striving to defend one’s labored market place and the need to win new customers over require implementation and holding quality management system based on the international ISO 9001 standard.

Quality means complete satisfaction of needs and expectations of a customer. Every-day functioning of the system, although not so spectacular as its establishment, involves significant expenditure of labour on the part of internal auditors, management attention and, first of all, commitment of our employees.

DRAMIŃSKI Company implemented the quality management system and was given a positive recommendation by PCBC (Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji) auditor in March 2004, granting us the ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Nevertheless, the certificate is not an end in itself. The implementation of the ISO system undoubtedly contributed to the enhancement of the company prestige and aims at improving and perfecting its work quality.

The certificate granted encompasses:

design, manufacture, sales & service of electronic devices for farming, agriculture & food industry and veterinary medicine (including ultrasonographs)

Bearing in mind all the facts provided above, DRAMIŃSKI Company adopted the following goals and quality policy:

QUALITY POLICY

The basic goal of the quality policy of DRAMIŃSKI Company is to strive for satisfaction of needs and demands of our customers. In order to achieve this goal we maintain high quality of our products and its repeatability.

Apart from providing a constant, broad range of products, we struggle to meet our customers’ needs halfway by designing and manufacturing new, technologically advanced equipment. Thank to our high technology we achieve lower prices in comparison with competitive products.

The idea behind our actions is to guarantee reliable implementation of agreements we enter into, in line with constant pursuance to improve the standard of our products and services.

Issues we devote much attention to are:

  • fast implementation of orders
  • timely deliveries of products to customers
  • thorough verification of complaints, allowing for customer arguments
  • effective elimination of possible product defaults
  • providing guarantee & post-guarantee services.
